Need to set up a scholarship account and maintain it separate from the primary VTA account in accordance with the rules of the scholarship as agreed upon by the BoD and the General Membership. If we do not do this then we should eliminate the scholarship completely and turn the $$ over to the Training Coordinator for use in other programs.
Need to purchase 250-300 more manuals for training program at a cost of $4.00 each. ($1,200)
Need to purchase 8’-10’ enclosed trailer for the training program at a cost of $1,800.
Need to purchase patches for the Master Trapper program, 50 each (3 sets) at $200 per set.
